SHATTERED-TRANQUILITY.NET – Inhil Police succeeded in uncovering the distribution of methamphetamine and ecstasy narcotics in the Keritang District, Inhil Regency. This disclosure was held at a press conference, on Friday (24/11/2023), in the Rekonfu Hall of the Inhil Police Headquarters, Jalan Gajah Mada Tembilahan.
The activity was attended by Deputy Chief of Police, Commissioner Indra Lukman Prabowo, Head of Narcotics Unit AKP Mochamad Jacub Nursagli Kamaru, Kasihumas AKP Liber Nainggolan and members of the press.
In this case, 2 perpetrators were successfully arrested, AS, a resident of Keritang, and HR (38), a resident of Pematang Reba, Inhu Regency.
Starting on September 30 2023, the suspect AS was arrested at his home in Keritang District.

“During this arrest we found evidence in the form of 40 ecstasy pills and 11 packages of methamphetamine,” said Deputy Chief of Police Inhil Kompol Indra.
After an examination, AS admitted to getting the narcotics from HR. Then members of the Inhil Police Narcotics Unit carried out an investigation.
“On November 23 2023, we succeeded in arresting HR at his house in Pematang Reba Village. In the perpetrator’s room, we also found evidence in the form of 5 large packages of crystal methamphetamine, the gross weight of each package was approximately 100 grams and 1 small package. “shabu-type narcotics and 41 ecstasy pills,” he explained.
The perpetrator is now languishing in the Inhil Police detention cell.
“The perpetrator is subject to article 114 paragraph 2 in conjunction with article 112 paragraph 2 of Republic of Indonesia Law number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a minimum threat of 4 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison,” he concluded
